Cabin/Room Rental Policies: 

By booking a cabin, you agree to the following policies.

Must be 21 years or older to rent a cabin/room

No pets: A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if a pet is found in any of our units.

Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside any of the units or on the porch. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if cabin/room is smoked in.

Housekeeping: Additional charges may be applied to card on file in the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements. Enough coffee to make 1 pot, linens, towels, 2 day supply of toilet paper and paper towels, and an an extra trash bag are provided in all units. Kitchenware is provided in all cabins.

Deposits: A deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation with the balance due at arrival

Cancellations: For stays shorter than 1 week, cancellations may be made 30 days in advance for a refund minus $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. For stays that are 1 week or longer, cancellations may be made 60 days in advance for a refund minus $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will not be refunded.

Cabin Rentals

All of our cabins are designed to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. If you choose cabins 1, 2, or 3, you will be treated to the added luxury of a master bedroom, a spiral staircase leading to a loft with two additional beds, a cozy living room with a TV, and an enclosed porch where you can unwind and admire the beautiful surroundings and breathtaking sunsets. On the other hand, cabin 4 offers a slightly different experience with an open porch where you can breathe in the fresh air, a bathroom with a separate shower area for added convenience, and a versatile living/bedroom equipped with a TV. Whatever your preference, our cabins are the ideal retreat for your getaway.

Cabin 1 is perfect for a group of 4-5 guests, offering comfortable accommodation. The master bedroom features a full-size bed, while the loft area has both a queen-size and twin-size bed.

For smaller groups, cabins 2 and 3 are ideal, comfortably accommodating 3-4 guests. The master bedroom in these cabins boasts a queen-size bed, with 2 twin-size beds available in the loft.

Cabin 4, on the other hand, is specifically designed for individuals or couples. Equipped with a full-size bed, it provides cozy and intimate lodging.

Whether you are traveling with a larger group or seeking a more intimate space, these cabins offer a range of options to suit your needs.

Lodge Room Rentals

Each lodge room is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Each room features a private bathroom, a heat pump for climate control, a coffee maker to brew your favorite beverage, a larger mini fridge for storing your snacks and drinks, a TV for your entertainment, a cozy couch to relax on, and complimentary wifi for staying connected. Rooms 1 and 2 offer spacious accommodations with two queen beds each, perfect for families or groups of friends. On the other hand, rooms 3 and 4 provide even more sleeping options with two queen beds and two twin beds, making them ideal for larger groups or families with children. Experience a cozy and convenient stay in our lodge rooms, designed to meet all your needs.

There is a 3% fee for those guests paying by credit/debit cards

Cabin Rates (Except during bear/moose season)

A $75 cleaning fee per cabin will be added for reservations that are less than 2 nights. The cleaning fee is waived for reservations that are 2 nights or longer.

$150/night + tax for 1st 2 guests. $25/stay for each additional guest.

$850 per week + tax for 1st 2 guests. $25/stay for each additional guest, additional days billed at $100/night

$1500.00 for two weeks + tax for 1st 2 guests. $25/stay for each additional guest, additional days billed at $100/night

Lodge Rooms (Except during bear/moose season)

A $30 cleaning fee per room will be added for reservations that are less than 2 nights. The cleaning fee is waived for reservations that are 2 nights or longer.

$125/night plus tax for 1st 2 guests. $25/stay for each additional guest.

$750/wk plus tax for 1st 2 guests. $25/stay for each additional guest. Additional days billed at $100/night
